Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
Refunds WILL be issued in the following cases: — You were charged but the product was never delivered — The file is corrupted, broken, or cannot be opened — You were accidentally charged twice for the same order — You received a completely wrong product
Refunds will NOT be issued for: — Change of mind after purchase — Accidental purchase (please review before buying) — Product did not meet personal expectations — Already downloaded or accessed files
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders for digital products can be cancelled only before the download link is accessed or delivered. Once a digital product has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
As all products sold by Zivora are digital downloads, they are non-returnable by nature. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to process a return.
